As the names of these new PowerToys tools suggest, there pretty basic, yet, for some people, add much-needed productivity boosters. The ruler's calibration, color, and orientation can all be modified. The list includes Screen Ruler, Quick Accent, and Text Extractor. One possible improvement would be to have a measure tool that returns distance (and angle) instead of reading off a ruler. You may use it on its own or you can have it displayed over other apps, so you can measure certain objects there.
